1. You contact us by email or phone. We provide you with our latest availability and pricing. Keep in mind availability changes quickly and we cannot guarantee any group an apartment until signed leases and deposits are returned to us.

2. (Optional) You arrange for a showing of the apartment you’re interested in, keeping in mind we need to give current tenants 24 hours notice for any showings.

3. We offer your group an exclusive lease for limited period of time. During this time, we promise not to issue another lease to another group of students.

4. The lease is all electronic.  When all tenants and one parent of each tenant has signed the lease and the security deposit is paid, the unit is yours.
